Problems with Online Booking Payments

Please accept our apologies if you are having issues processing your Online Booking for events and competitions. Online platforms are legaly required to upgrade to 3D Secure from October and we have noticed a number of orders failing.
If your order does not process, at the point of booking, go to your personal details section and check that your mobile number is the same number linked to your online banking for verification purposes. Please ensure it starts with 07 and that there are no spaces between any of the numbers.
If you still are unable to proceed with your booking, it is likely that your bank card is not 3D Secure for online payments. Go back to your basket and check out selecting 'pay by cheque' so that your booking reaches us. Please call the general office and we will process your payment over the phone.
You may wish to contact your bank to check your 3D Secure status.
