Here you can view the details of all our upcoming events, competitions and training at both district and NI Level.
Online Booking - Some events can be booked online, simply find your event, view the details and click the 'Book Now' button to add to your Bookings basket. If you need help with placing an online booking, please view our FAQ at the bottom of this page.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make a booking for an event, competition entry or training course?
For leader-only events, log in first. Go to the date of the event in 'Calendar view' or change to 'List view' and 'Filter' by event type to narrow your search, select the event you wish to view. The event details will appear, select 'Book Now' (this button only appears if the event is open for bookings). Complete the form, add to your basket and select 'Continue shopping' to add more events before processing any payments.
How do I pay for my booking order?
Once you have added all your events/competitions/trainings into your booking basket, select 'Processed to payment' and you will be directed to our payment page. You will have the option to pay by card, cheque or BACS Transfer. Card payments are processed through Stripe. Cheque payments should be made payable to GBNI with the event name and booker name on the back of the cheque. Call GBNI for BACS details. All payments must be received before the closing date.
I am a parent, do I need to log in to book my daughter a place?
No parents do not need to log in when booking events/training for their daughters. These events are made public and we will ask for your contact details as part of the booking process.
Will I receive booking confirmation?
Logged-in users will immediately receive email booking confirmation for each event/competition/training they have booked. To access an invoice for the booking payment, log in and go to 'My Bookings' to view and download your full invoice.
