A Gift at Christmas
At this special time of year, take time to pause to celebrate the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ—God’s precious and perfect gift to the world. The angel’s words in Luke 2:11 remind us of the true meaning of Christmas:
“Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”
May our hearts be filled with wonder as we reflect on the love and hope found in the birth of Jesus, foretold in Isaiah 9:6:
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given.”
As members of Girls’ Brigade, may we continue to live out our motto, “Seek, Serve and Follow Christ,” sharing His light with those around us.
I pray that this Christmas brings peace, joy, and renewed faith to you and your families, as we rejoice together in Emmanuel—“God with us” (Matthew 1:23).
Thank you for your dedication and faithful service throughout the year. May you know God’s presence and blessing in all that you do.
