If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you order a garment that proves to be the wrong size, simply return it to us within 40 days of receipt. GBNI will be happy to provide you with an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that navy pants, regulation long leg cotton pants, and made to order products customised with company name are not eligible for return or exchange.

All items must be returned unworn, in original packaging with all hangtags attached.  Tunics must be returned with the stitching in the pleats intact.  If a returned item does not meet any of these requirements, GBNI cannot accept the item back for a refund.  We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items and GBNI cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit.  It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure parcels are adequately packed for transit, adequately insured for loss/damage in transit and returned with the correct postage paid.  GBNI recommends you keep a proof of posting receipt for all returned goods. In the case of refunds, money will be refunded once the goods have been inspected and cleared for refund.  Refunds will be made following the original method of payment.  You can also return or exchange your item/items in store at our shop in Antrim.

Online returns and exchanges:

Login to your account.

Click ‘Order history’.

Click ‘View order’ against the correct order number.

Alternatively, from your order confirmation email, click ‘View order’.

Enter your email address & click ‘Continue’

Enter the 6-digit code you have received by email.

Select item and reason for your return.

For exchanges, use the ‘note box’ to confirm exchange size required.

Click ‘request return’.

Enclose the original packing slip with your item or a note with your name and order number to enable identification and post to:

Orders received

Will be processed by GBNI during normal office hours 9.30 – 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30 - 4.00 pm on Fridays. This excludes NI Bank and Public holidays.  Goods will normally be dispatched within two working days. However, at peak times this can be up to five working days.

Made to order items with company name or number will be ready within 2-4 weeks. This includes hoodies, coloured polo shirts, white polo with company name, showerproof jacket, company titles, numerals, banners and Belfast Crystal.

Postal OrdersWill be dispatched by First Class Royal Mail Postal Services or nominated Courier.  A notification email will indicate that your order has been shipped.

A notification email will indicate that your order is ready to be collected.
