GBNI will take care to preserve and protect the privacy of all visitors to this website. We do not collect personal information from any visitor unless it is expressly provided to us. We do not share, sell or otherwise provide personal data to third parties in any way. Users of this website have the right to decline acceptance of the Privacy Policy by refraining from using the site.
Collection and use of personal information
When you visit and navigate around our website we collect statistical information relating to site usage. This information does not include any personally identifiable information.
Online shop
GBNI ask all customers to register with our online shop. We collect and store the following information - name, billing address, postal address, e mail, telephone number, GB Company and order history. We use this information to fulfil orders, follow up order queries and manage stock.
Protection of Financial Information
All purchases made on the GBNI site for online booking or the online shop are processed off site by our merchant services partner Sagepay. We do not collect or store any financial information. When completing a purchase users are temporarily transferred to Realex's secure website to input payment details to complete the purchase.
Use of Your Information
GBNI use your information to fulfil and dispatch your order, communicate offers and shop news and any other service connected with the online shop. We do not pass your personal information to any other third party unless we are required by law to do so. We do not under any circumstances rent, sell or otherwise provide your data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Storing of Personal Data
Any personal data that we do collect is stored on our GBNI server based in the UK. We use the latest firewall and security technology to ensure the integrity and safety of all information that we store. We do not transfer any data outside of the UK for any reason.
Access to Information
You can request a copy of any information that we hold about you. We reserve the right to charge an administrative charge of up to £10 in the event of such a request.
