Orders received will be processed by GBNI during the office hours 9.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. This excludes NI bank and public holidays. Goods will normally be dispatched within 3 working days however please allow a further 3 working days for delivery. At peak times of the year delivery may take up to 14 days.
All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail Postal Services/Courier or instore pickup is available. Once notification of a packed or complete order is received by email your order is ready for collection.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you order a garment that proves to be the wrong size, simply return it to us within 40 days of receipt. GBNI will be happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
