Our monthly prayer calendar has been distributed to all GB Captains via email for them to share with their leaders. If you have yet to see a copy, please feel free to contact your Captain or if you are a leader, simply log into the Leaders' Section and download this free resource. Please continue to pray for our local companies listed on this month's calendar.
Feel free to forward any prayer requests to us via spiritual@gbni.co.uk and our staff will cover the situation in prayer. Please ensure you have permission to share the request should it concern another person. With your consent, we would also be more than happy to circulate prayer requests to our District Prayer Coordinators and on to each respective District Executive.
Encouragement
We really want to encourage GB companies with positive, heart warming stories and this month’s encouraging story comes from Rev Danny Rankin, GBNI Chaplain and Chaplain of 371st NI Strand Presbyterian:
As a company we were nervous about restarting our GB. As far as leaders, we were keen to get back although not sure how it would all look with the various necessary restrictions in place, also unsure if our parents would be keen to send their girls back. It was a bit of a struggle trying to reestablish the programme. But we were so encouraged by the response of the girls and their parents. They were so keen and appreciated all that we did during the periods of lockdown.
It reminds us it is all about the building up of relationships and not even covid can stop that!
