EA Small Grants Programme 2017-18

Dear Colleague

After a very successful first year the Education Authority Youth Service are delighted to launch the 2017-18 Small Grants Programme.

The Small Grants Programme is a key action in “Priorities for Youth - Improving Young People’s Lives through Youth Work”. It offers a unique opportunity for groups of young people to apply for funding of between £300 and £1,500 to plan, develop and deliver projects within their youth organisations and/or local areas.

Application forms and guidance notes can be obtained via the EA Website

Or by emailing or by calling (028) 9056 6429 / (028) 9056 6952. Application packs can be emailed or posted to interested groups.

Applications may be submitted by email to however, successful applicants will be required to submit a hard signed copy of their application.

The closing date for completed application forms is Friday 24 November 2017 at 12pm; all groups will be informed of the panel’s decision by Friday 8 December 2017. It is expected that successful groups will commence their projects following their Letter of Offer with a completion date no later than Friday 2 March 2018.
