Delivery, In-store pickup & Returns

Orders received will be processed by GBNI during the office hours 9.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am - 4.00pm on Fridays. This excludes NI Bank and Public holidays. Goods will normally be dispatched within three working days however at peak times this can be up to five working days.

All items will be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail Postal Services or nominated Courier. Instore pickup is also available and once notification of a packed or completed order is received by email your order is ready for collection.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you order a garment that proves to be the wrong size, simply return it to us within 40 days of receipt. GBNI will be happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
